Can I request a specific design?

Absolutely! I encourage you to send inspiration photos, colours, themes, or any ideas you have. I’ll work with you to create a custom design that matches your vision.
How long will my order take?

This depends! Most orders take up to 4 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders. I’ll give you an estimated turnaround before placing your order. If you require your order by a certain date, I can accommodate this for you - if for whatever reason this is not possible, I will tell you before placing the order.
Do you supply the shoes, or do I?

Once you have chosen the type of footwear you'd like customised, I source them for you. All prices will include the base shoe. Very rarely do I accept shoes purchased by you for many reasons, however if you require this we can discuss your options.
What kind of shoes can you customize?

Just about anything! I can customize most leather, canvas and suede shoes, trainers, boots etc. Just let me know the type of shoe you’re interested in, and we can discuss what works best for your design.
How much do custom shoes cost?

Prices vary based on the design complexity and the type of shoe. I’ll give you a detailed quote once we discuss your ideas and preferences. It is difficult to give a price before creating a design - however, if you have a budget in mind, I can base the design on this.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I offer worldwide shipping. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary based on location.
How do I care for my custom shoes?

For all painted designs, spot-clean with a damp cloth and avoid harsh cleaners. Remember, they are handmade, so wear with care!
Will my design wash off in the rain?

All designs are painted with high quality leather paint and sealed with a water-resistant coating. They are durable and will not "wash" off in the rain, however, they are still handmade so they need gentle care! Not suitable for machine wash.
What payment methods do you accept?

I accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. All orders are purchased via the website, so I do not hold any of your payment details.
